After five defeats in a row, who’d have thought we’d come away from games against two teams pushing for automatic promotion with four points? Most Blues fans, probably. It’s a very Blues thing to do.
The hangover
Millwall out-Birminghamed us on Wednesday night. They played quick counter-attacking football in the first half, got a two-goal cushion, and sat back to frustrate us in the second half.
Not our finest hour
There are some moments that make you feel proud to be a Blues fan. Darren Carter’s penalty, Obafemi Martins’ goal in the League Cup final, and Paul Caddis’ stoppage-time goal at Bolton on the last day of the season. These are the moments that give us goose bumps.
