I was born long ago and remember most of the city centre as it used to be , I can't say I'm actually falling over what I see nowadays . Has anyone else got any views on this ?

I don’t remember much of the old town, but love some of the modern architecture. The old concrete jungle was very dated.
Also love that some of the older architecture is very much embraced and in some places upcycled.

For me I love the Victorian / Chamberlain buildings but also fond of the 70's / 80's in which I grew up in.
Its all about era's what your used to and opinions that change decade to decade as generations change..
