Blues once again had enough chances to win more than two games, but failure to convert any of them left us with just one point from an exciting local derby against the Baggies. Here are my player ratings from the game.
Could have done better with the West Brom goal. Didn't look confident at all throughout the game, was one cross in the second half which he should have caught but punched out. One good save from Harvey Barnes in the second half.
A fantastic performance from the French full back. He was good defensively and a constant threat going forward, he linked up really well with Jota throughout.
Continued his very impressive start to the season with another strong display against a West Brom attack full of quality.
Building a really strong partnership alongside Michael Morrison. Strong performance from Harlee Dean yesterday, saw his name in the headlines when he was about to strike that half volley from 25 yards!
One complete horror moment for Pederson near the end of the first half as he made a mess of a clearance which allowed Matt Phillips so equalise for West Brom. Aside from that mistake he defended well throughout.
Jota can be a really exciting player to watch at times but at the same time he can be incredibly frustrating. So many times he got into some great positions after running at the Albion defence but the end product was lacking. Still Blues' main threat throughout the night.
Another great performance from Gary Gardner who has really warmed himself to the Birmingham City faithful. His composure to bring the ball down and find a Blue shirt is vital.
Combined well with Gary Gardner, those two are starting to build a very good partnership together. Dutch Mike put in some great tackles throughout the 90 minutes
Just like Jota, Mags was back to his dangerous best against West Brom. He constantly caused the defence problems, put in a few great crosses and tracked back well.
Battled well, caused the Albion defence problems, chased everything, but lacked the main thing a striker needs... composure! He had his one big chance at the end of the first half but blazed over, he really needs to be taking chances like that at this level if he wants to progress.
A fantastic performance from Juke up front. His perfectly cushioned header set Che Adams up for the strike that he blazed over, his header across goal set up Jota for the opening goal and then in the second half he played one lovely ball over the top for Jota which sadly came to nothing.

The travelling Baggies were quite loud at times, but for the number that they brought I expected so much more.
