Greg Stewart has today completed a loan move to SPL side Kilmarnock.
The 28-year-old spent last campaign at Aberdeen, where he enjoyed a productive loan spell totting up 30 league appearances.
Stewart has found his opportunities few and far between at Blues since Gary Rowett brought him to the club in 2016 – Stewart was unable to get a regular run of games.
The winger showed sporadic glimpses of promise with his close control and dribbling ability, however ultimately he wasn’t good enough to hold down a place in either of Rowett’s or Zola’s starting line ups.
Stewart’s deal with Blues is set to expire next summer.
Garry Monk has until Friday to make one more addition to his squad – stay tuned on WeAreBirmingham’s twitter feed for updates throughout the week.
